Return Policy
Clawfoot Classics selects only manufacturers of top quality merchandise. However, we understand that occasionally an item or items may need to be returned. Return merchandise should be accompanied with the packing slip. Do not return any merchandise without first contacting Clawfoot Classics.

Shipping Damages
If your product is damaged in shipping, you must contact Clawfoot Classics within 48 hours. Retain all packing materials, as the shipping carrier will inspect damage. Notify the driver or local agent immediately. The carrier will issue a receipt and pick up damaged merchandise. Damaged merchandise should be returned to the manufacturer. However, please contact Clawfoot Classics with the claim number so that we may send replacements.

Errors and Omissions
Open all packages and inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If an item appears to be missing, incomplete or incorrect, please contact Clawfoot Classics immediately. Errors and omissions must be reported within 72 hours. Claims reported after 72 hours may be denied.

Defective Merchandise
Please refer to Warranties in the unlikely event that you receive a product which is defective.

Unused Merchandise
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return uninstalled items in new condition with original packaging materials. Clawfoot Classics must first authorize the return of all unused merchandise. Contact customer service for approval. Authorized return merchandise must be carefully packaged, double boxed and returned with the packing slip. Returns must be sent to the manufacturer listed on the packing slip. The manufacturer may refuse to accept unauthorized, badly packaged, or damaged merchandise. Shipping charges, including those paid by Clawfoot Classics on your behalf, are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Additionally, it is customary for suppliers to charge a restocking fee. The product page will include a link to a page describing the manufacturer's warranty and return policies.
