To reduce overhead, lower prices, and offer better selection, Clawfoot Classics ships direct from our manufacturers and suppliers. You may purchase items from multiple suppliers on a single order; however, shipping costs will be calculated on a per supplier basis. Your order will be grouped into as few shipments as possible. Shipments of items from a single source totaling $100 or more will qualify for FREE UPS ground freight. Shipments of items from a single source with a total less than $100 will incur $7.95 shipping and handling. In many cases we offer comparable products from several manufacturers. To reduce your shipping costs, look for items from a single manufacturer. If applicable, shipping charges will appear in your shopping cart at checkout. Canceling items might affect your order’s eligibility for free shipping. This offer is for a limited time only. Clawfoot Classics reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.

How Our Shipping Rates Are Calculated |
| Shipping & handling charges are based on the costs charged to us by the manufacturer to deliver the product directly to you from their warehouse. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers. The size and/or weight of the package will determine the shipping price the carrier charges. To simplify the variability of shipping, Clawfoot Classics charges a flat rate to shipments that do not qualify for free shipping. In most cases, this will result in Clawfoot Classics subsidizing the shipping rates for you. |
Shipping Locations |
| These shipping & handling policies apply to orders shipped within the continental United States only. Clawfoot Classics ships to Hawaii and Alaska by special arrangement. Due to the special shipping requirements for Alaska and Hawaii, orders shipping to these states are only accepted by prior arrangement. Please contact customerservice@shop4classics.com for assistance. Clawfoot Classics does not ship to international addresses. |
Delivery Time |
| All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Clawfoot Classics will process your order within 24 hours, however, the manufacturer may require two to four weeks to ship your order. |

Look for items with the Quick Shipping icon for faster service. In stock Quick Shipping items will generally ship the same day, or next business day depending on when the order is placed. Combining quick shipping items with normal items may cause the entire order to be shipped at the manufacturer's normal prevailing shipping schedule. While our manufacturers make an effort to maintain constant inventory, demand can be difficult to predict. In most cases, Quick Shipping items are in stock; however, Quick Shipping does not imply availability. |

Express Delivery |
| Clawfoot Classics does not offer expedited delivery because we feel that this option would be misleading to you. Much of the delivery delay is required by the manufacturer to prepare your order for shipping. Express delivery can be quite expensive and will often only save a day or two. However, if you are still interested in express delivery, email orders@shop4classics.com. We will work with you to add express delivery to your order. |
Delivery Confirmation |
| All orders ship with a delivery confirmation. A signature is required to confirm delivery of your order and to protect you from theft and fraud. We recommend shipping to a work address if no one will be home to confirm delivery of your order. You may also request a waiver of the signature requirement. However, Clawfoot Classics is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items shipped without a delivery confirmation. Items delivered without a delivery confirmation can only be replaced at your expense. If you wish to waive the signature requirement, please email orders@shop4classics.com and specifically state that you are assuming responsibility for delivery and wish to waive the signature requirement for your order. We apologize for any inconvenience but hope that you will appreciate our efforts to protect your order. |
Tub Deliveries |
| Clawfoot Classics tub prices include crating, residential delivery, and liftgate service. The carrier will remove the tub from the truck, however, they will not take the tub into your home. Please have help available to move the tub from the curb/sidewalk. Liftgate fees and freight charges paid on your behalf by Clawfoot Classics are non-refundable on returns after the tub has shipped. Manufacturer restocking fees apply. Please check your order carefully. |
| Your tub will be delivered by LTL motor freight. The carrier will call the number you provide in your customer registration to make arrangements for delivery when the tub reaches your local service terminal. Typically freight companies use semis (18 wheelers) for delivery of tubs. If the delivery location is not accessible to tractor-trailers, please email customerservice@shop4classics.com for assistance prior to placing your order. It may be necessary for you to make alternate arrangements if the freight company cannot deliver the tub to your home. If the tub is returned undeliverable, restocking fees, freight, and storage will be deducted from any available refund. Please email customerservice@shop4classics.com if you have any questions. |
| The freight carrier will require a signature to confirm delivery. Inspect all packages and their contents prior to signing the delivery receipt. See Receiving Freight Deliveries for more information. |
Backorders |
| Our manufacturers make every attempt to keep backorders to a minimum. If a backorder is necessary, your order may be split and backordered items may be shipped when they become available. This will not affect your shipping charge. Your invoice will indicate backordered items and the estimated shipping date will be printed on the invoice. |
