Sign of the Crab (Strom Plumbing) distributes a wide selection of vintage style cast iron and acrylic clawfoot tubs, clawfoot faucets and shower sets, lavatory faucets, and much more. For over forty years Strom Plumbing has enjoyed growth and success for the very reason any company prospers - service. From the very beginning, Sign of the Crab has tried to live by its motto: We will continue to search the world for the highest quality products and the best people to serve you. Strom is Norwegian in origin and means "stream". When Strom Plumbing started the lavatory and in-wall shower product lines they named the set after the Sacramento River. Since then they've continued the practice of naming the sets after rivers. They've extended the theme by naming their cast iron tubs and acrylic tubs after the beautiful lakes of the world. |
| Warranty: |
All items other than tubs, sinks, and shower curtains are warranted to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects for a period of 5 years from date of purchase, when properly installed by a qualified, licensed plumber. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, not of complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative. The warranty does not extend to labor charges when repair or replacement of item is needed. Tubs are warranted to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. All Sign of the Crab cast iron tubs are IAPMO certified. Sign of the Crab absolutely guarantees its Supercoat Brass finish for as long as the original purchaser owns their home. Oil rubbed bronze is a fragile finish and, as such, this finish is not warranted beyond installation. |
| Returns: |
To help offset the expense of processing returns, manufacturer restocking fees apply. A minimum 25% Sign of the Crab restocking fee applies to tub returns. Shower enclosures and oil rubbed bronze items are subject to a minimum 20% Sign of the Crab restocking fee while a minimum 15% Sign of the Crab restocking fee applies to returns of all other items. All returns require a return authorization (RGA) number to identify them. Please email customer service to request a RGA number prior to returning your order. Refer to our return policy for detailed return procedures. |
