| Warranty: |
Sunrise Specialty warrants that all its bathtubs, faucets, and faucet handles shall be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for the lifetime of the original owner. Sunrise Specialty will repair or replace, as it deems appropriate, any product in normal residential use that has been determined to be defective. Defect or damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, alterations, accident, misuse, abuse or acts of God is not covered by this warranty. Sunrise Specialty warrants the finish of it’s products for 5 years. Improper care or cleaning may void this warranty. Gloss reduction, fading, scratching, staining and alkaline etching of the finish over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear. No claims for labor, shipping or consequential damages will be accepted. |
| Returns: |
To help offset the expense of processing returns, manufacturer restocking fees apply. A minimum 20% Sunrise Specialty restocking fee applies to returns of unused merchandise. Unauthorized return will be refused by Sunrise Specialty. Non-defective returns will not be accepted more than 90 days after initial shipment from Sunrise Specialty. All returns require a return authorization (RGA) number to identify them. Please email customer service to request a RGA number prior to returning your order. Refer to our return policy for detailed return procedures. |
